ha ha really?? If your off roading you will hit them all the time. Now if your driving 10mph you won’t utilize them at all. But if you spend 1500 on a suspension system I’m assuming you want to off-road and not mall crawl. Why is this news to everyone ha ha?

For some reason I thought it was a foam composite but it’s a Microcellular polyurethane. Anyways still not cheap but more affordable then hydraulic to all four corners. Here’s the link to the speedbumps. https://teraflex.com/shop_items/jk-3-front-rear-speedbump-kit

Hydraulic bump stops make you feel like your riding on a cushion. But too rich for my blood. When I had a Wrangler Teraflex made a foam bumpstop in a can. Way cheaper then hydraulic and I was super impressed with the ride quality combined with 2.0 shocks.

Because bump stops improve ride quality off road. Just like shocks improve ride quality.

Icon just started selling the rear bump stops individually so I bought a set from Stage 3. Only 43 bucks with their sale. Hopefully they improve the ride. Maybe test them out tomorrow.

Added the Dee Zee bed matt off Amazon for 80 bucks. Would have liked to get the Ranger one but no reason not to save a few bucks and not wait for back order. Really like the no graphics though compared to the Rough Country. Now the dog will have a nice soft area when we go off roading in Sedona...

ya elevation could play a little role but it’s not like I’m up driving up and down mountains or hills. Albuquerque is over 5000 feet fairly flat driving in town.

I’ve gotten about the same mileage in all my trucks with lift and tires. I do a lot of city driving and a short freeway trip. All freeway on my trip to Denver was 15.5 with cruise set to 75. People getting plus 20 gotta be driving slooooooowww ha ha. I don’t drive crazy pretty average.
  11. TFL Ranger

    About the same.
  12. TFL Ranger

Posted the video in my build thread but thought I’d post it here too! Did this a few weeks with TFL. Got to meet everyone and they were super friendly. If you haven’t watched there videos before check them out.

Ya I’ve been a part of TW for ever 10 plus years. Someone posted the TFL video and it quickly got shut down by the mods. It’s one of the most helpful and informative forums out there but being part of this forum and Jeep no one gets more butt hurt or angry then Tacoma owners. Not sure if it’s a...

yup or even the stupid comments they make on the video. It’s like really??
  17. Wannabe Ranger Raptor

Man people are brutal especially on the TW forums. It’s crazy how hateful people are for no reason ha ha.
  18. Wannabe Ranger Raptor

ya I haven’t done a Speedo change yet but typically I haven’t noticed a huge change in mpg when I’ve changed it. But something I’ll do and report back on.
  19. Wannabe Ranger Raptor

really?? I don’t do that long so that’s weird.
  20. Wannabe Ranger Raptor

yup the highest I’ve gotten is 16 something. My trip up to Colorado averages 16.3 I think. Thought daily driving the remote start kills some of the mileage.
