Yes I watched the video. I have to say I’m not a fan of those homemade tests. I think there is a lot more to testing an oil. That said I think they are both quality oils. Anyway, I’m going to stick with Mobil 1 Annual Protection for now.

Updating my original post on Mother’s CMX. I like the shine of the Mothers but it just doesn’t last. I switched to Turtle Wax Seal and Shine. After a month it still beads like a duck. Super smooth. Who’d a thunk?

Bought the Turtle Wax ice Seal and Shine. Only had time to test on the Ranger. Like it so far. A little hard to get used to putting on (stays wet) if you use too much. As a side note it is killer on glass shower doors.

303 also makes a product for leather which works well.

I’m confident in Mobil 1 Annual Protection. And it’s meets spec.

Finally took some to post. About a 1000 miles and love it.

I clayed it and then used Mothers CMX. I think it came out great.

I like Wix also but the new synthetic Mobil 1 filter is getting my attention. Might try it.
