Great job, that is spot on. Priority codes can be as low as 03 by the dealer, so retail orders can get 03-19 with stock orders 20-80. Only the region can give an order an 02 or 01. 01 will always be scheduled. We see that on manually allocated vehicle lines like the Raptors.
They are waiting to go out until media drives them in March. Your dealer is going off the ERA listed on the order status in vinview. That tends to move around based on plant and shipping delays or issues.
Ford started Ranger Raptor production by giving every dealer 1 allocation to start with more allocations distributed later in the model year. It looks that time has come for February allocation. I don't think Ford has told dealer how many more they will receive for the rest of the model year but...

Ford wants to make sure each dealer receives one. Once they are given and they know the rest of 24MY Raptor production they will allocate the rest of production based on a formula of their choosing.
Ford did let us know that they will be scheduling in July for production dates of week or 9/4 to week of 9/25 (September production). A couple of weeks ago they said they were going to start production the week of 8/14 then it moved to 8/21.
