I got the Truxedo X15 and tried installing it yesterday.
The cover is too wide to fit between the rails. I tripled check I ordered the correct part but its like too wide by like half an inch. I mean it's possible I installed the rails incorrectly but doubtful since it looks pretty flush with...
How are you liking the system so far? The level of added bass is exactly what I was looking for. Far superior than the stock sub but not obnoxiously shaking and rattling everything.
My Raptor had the same issue. I had to take it to a dealer that had a body shop. It looks 97% better after they made adjustments. Only if you busted out calipers and split hairs you could tell its not 100% perfect.
I had to get my hood and fender lines adjusted at my local dealership. Make sure its a dealership with a body shop. I had to leave it overnight but I am 97% happy with the work, where its not noticeable to me unless you're pulling calipers out.
As for the pain chip, it sucks but my advice is to...

I think white is a color anyone can grow to love so I don't think you mistake with it. Also the graphics (while I'm not a fan normally) accents the white really well.
My truck is currently at Ford right now and I am literally having to show them this TSB. They originally wouldn't fix the hood latch cause they said the panels were misaligned and had to go to a body shop.
I am trying to get them to follow this TSB first.
