I am planning on waiting until the spring to do serious shopping for a ranger Raptor. The local ford dealership here is famous or infamous for markups on everything from super duties to mavericks so I am sure ranger raptors are getting hit with a 10k up charge.
Hopefully things settle down in...
This could be a short list! I did a quick search on auto-trader in the SLC area and a few are in transit and they show pricing over $70k so that also includes the dealer mark-up…
there were a few that didn’t but who knows what happens when you actually show up. I am waiting to see what...
It’s ridiculous to even put a dealer mark up Out there right now. I can’t imagine paying $10-$20k over.
I am hoping this fall things will settle down and the mark-ups will go away.
ADM does suck…but at the same time, do you want the vehicle at that price or not? I purchased a Jeep 392 last year and I paid$5,000 ADM. it’s an awesome vehicle and I love it. If you bought one today, you would pay a price hike plus an ADM….
you just have to decide is it what I want and am I...
I am totally with you on this. I have a 2014 Raptor and it’s been a great truck, reliable and lots of fun. However, it also has an arena sized turn radius, gets terrible mileage and has become really dated on the inside.
I want something new and fresh.

My plan now is to just wait and see what happens. I would really like a new truck, but I am not under a pressure to get one. Hopefully as production ramps up and the trucks start hitting the dealer lots things will settle down some
actually, now that I think about it. You have a pretty good plan. Order what you want and then when it comes in you can make the final decision on buying it. Nothing wrong with that plan.

The thing that is weighing on my mind is will Ford raise the price.?
If you order now and pay over MSRP to get what you want, what is the difference between that and waiting a year and paying MSRP…but the MSRP is higher…
$10k over MSRP is pretty crazy, but a few thousand may not be any...
I have an older 2014 F-150 Raptor that I have owned since 2015. I am looking forward to the Ranger Raptor, it’s the main reason I joined this forum.
Based on what everyone is saying, it looks like I will be keeping my Raptor for at least another year until production of the rangers really...
That would be super awesome...official launch is 4 months from now and all goes as everyone seems to think, then i would be happy to put a deposit down
If all this is true, I think it is great! I have been anticipating the Ranger Raptor for a while. I have a 1st gen F150 Raptor and it has been a fantastic truck. The ranger Raptor will solve some of the issues I have with the Raptor I currently own (massive size, horrible fuel economy , 2014...
I have a 1st gen F150 Raptor that I have owned for several years. Although it is an amazing truck, it does have several annoyances like being unable to fit in my garage, sucks down gallons of fuel and is a pain to park in a lot of parking lots.
the Raptor Ranger looks like it would be a...
I think this truck is going to be killer. I just sold my 2014 F150 Raptor and I am really looking forward to the Ranger Raptor.
way to go ford! Sign me up for one!
