  1. No Ranger Scheduling This Week (7/27/23) Except 7/24 Special Commit Scheduling for Raptors

You all expecting to get a 2024 model in 2023? This is both a rhetorical and figurative question… Please tell me am I missing something here?
  2. 2024 Ranger Raptor ADM Market Adjustment Price = CRAZY

I’m seeing all kinds of BS about how people get one at MSRP, confirmed orders, factory build schedules and emails from Ford. Some are legit, don’t get me wrong. I have come to the conclusion that the order banks aren’t officially open and that dealerships will do whatever it takes to keep your...
  3. So How Will the New 2024 Ranger Raptor Fair Against the New Tacoma?

This is the most intelligent comment I’ve seen in quite a while. 👍
  4. Why are you upgrading your truck?

I had to sell my custom lifted 2008 F350 Superduty V10 a while ago for peanuts. So I want to get my truck back but upgrade as well. I picked up a 1991 2nd Gen 4Runner to keep me busy until those Ranger Raptors are available.
  5. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Sounds too good to be true. Congrats if you get it! Keep the M2 though. :)
  6. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Yep! Been down that road before. Thanks to you and to your Dad, may he rest in peace, for the info!
  7. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Exactly. These are bonafide mini F150 Raptors and will be sought after for a while. Prices will still be in the high range well after they are released. I’m debating whether to wait for the hype to subside on these RR’s or build a 2023 Black Diamond Sasquatch 2 Dr Bronco. Time will tell.
  8. Is this normal?

So what I’ve gathered throughout this entire RR order bank debacle is: 2024 Ranger XL XLT LARIAT - Retail (Customizable) 2024 Ranger RAPTOR - Stock (Non-Customizable, WYSIWYG) and 1-2 allocations per dealer. No customer orders accepted. Only dealer allocations from Ford. Correct me if I’m wrong.
  9. Is this normal?

I hope you all understand that the order banks weren’t officially open for custom, retail orders. The handful that sneaked in an order were lucky and I hope they honor those orders to you all. Allocations of 1-2 units were sporadically sent out to dealers. I’ve noticed the majority of the...
  10. If you got a build email, what was your Priority Code

This is correct. The official order banks for the RR aren’t even close to being open. Ford shut that door right from the start. For those saying that they put their “order” in are getting bamboozled by the dealerships. The ones that were lucky enough to snag one of the allocated...
  11. MSRP is a pipe dream…

This is what I’m hoping will happen with the Ranger and Ranger Raptor. Hype will die down eventually. I’m willing to wait.
  12. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Same here. I almost got on the hype train and pulled the trigger at $5k over, but I can wait, just as you said. The RR is my dream vehicle ever since the Raptor SVT days. The mid size is just the right fit for my needs and wants. It’s going to happen sooner or later.
  13. MSRP is a pipe dream…

    Economics 101: Supply and demand.
  14. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Well you’re one of the lucky ones. Congrats!
  15. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Well this escalated quickly. I started this thread with no ill intention. I just wanted to see how other people felt about the mark up situation. Now I’m here for the comments. :) For what it’s worth, like I stated before, I will gladly pay over sticker if it’s within my budget. Best of...
  16. MSRP is a pipe dream…

Yup. It’s a “suggested” retail price. The dealer can tack on extra fees when you walk in that door.
  17. Are order banks closed?

This is the way. I’ve reached out to many dealerships. A couple of the honest ones I’ve talked to were transparent enough to say that their allocations were non-customizable (WYSIWYG). And that if and when the order banks officially open (which they are not) is when the general public can start...
