Same thing happened to me. The dealer says it's an issue with the rear axle wiring harness rubbing on something and is now shorting out. 15-20 business days to get a replacement harness the dealer said. They gave me a loaner because they said driving it was unsafe.
I had the parking brake fault service now error appear last weekend. Took it into dealer on Wednesday and they are saying its the rear axle harness, which is of course on backorder. 15-20 business days to get a replacement. Looks like there was a recall on this part for F-150's.
One good thing...
I've had my 2024 Raptor in to the dealer 4 times to try and fix this issue. The last time I was there they told me they were going to grind down the self centering bolts so they could get an even tighter seal on the door. I still have a wind noise and now its harder to shut the driver side door.
