The "resonator" term is lost with me. Plenty of mufflers with a perforated pipe wrapped with fiberglass--aka glass packs. Still a muffler though. Had been suspecting a resonator was just an empty expansion space along an exhaust pipe.
Here's what's all in the RR connectivity lines and selections.
Vehicle Connectivity on/off is for OTA updating.
The data sharing the article mentions is controlled separately.
Haven't been in this thread for a minute. For all the 6G Rangers that have sold, and a few active members here, there is quite a concentration of these reports.
Yep, traded my '24 Wrangler for my Ranger. Was using my motorcycle riding hearing protection (No-Noise) when I was driving over 30 minutes in the Wrangler. I liked the Wrangler, but just not as an only vehicle. The Ranger is definitely quieter.
If you are creative and ambitious, t-slot can work. This is what I've done. T-slot and some hardware from McMaster-Carr and the 2in aluminum from Lowe's. The longitudinal rails can be positioned in the center two bed floor slots.
Not in the first picture, there are now two M6 bolts and riv-nuts...
That many codes and not starting seems to be gang plug for connections. Really it is interesting to hear that your RR cannot [perceivably] be fixed--like Ford can't be bothered to find out what when wrong and maybe prevent more of the same later on the assembly line.
The ditch light brackets I got from KC-HiLites are not symmetrical and have a lateral tilt as well. I used an adjustable wrench and gave them an oomph to straighten a little while mounted.
Nice work.
Also, with the dimensions of the spacer included in the doc, it appears that spacers for a Tacoma will work. I have a set here from a former Tacoma with dimensions of 117mm and 75mm. Would need to drill a hole for Ranger's locator pin at the top.
