My brother's Ranger Raptor is built! Told him to call the dealer because sometimes the vehicle has already been delivered but the tracker just hasn't been updated. May fly up to go drive it down from the out of state dealer. Will post pictures of that happens.

Brother supposedly has a build date of 1/14. So should be at the dealer end of Jan? If it shows I might be flying up to pick it up with him.

Why ? The Tacoma hybrid will likely put up the same mpg numbers as the ranger. So what's the point?

Naw Toyota shot themselves in the foot with the new taco. You should check out the comments section on the new 24 taco mpg test. They put up worse numbers than a 23 Ranger and lower towing. Once the rangers start showing up on lots they got a fighting chance.

Place the order for the current base engine, have your dealer set priority to 99 when 2.7 is announced make the switch and have your dealer put you at priority 10. Should be good to go and be at the front of the line.
