I was wondering about this also. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the XL has privacy glass. The launch videos online of the XL don't have privacy glass. Also, here's a couple comparison images from the build and price between the XL and XLT that shows the back windows are darker:

It looks like over in Thailand they have parts to change the front end of a regular Ranger to look like a Raptor. I can see this becoming like the TRD Pro grille is for the Tacoma. Looks like the bumper is just plastic. I wish Ford gave us this style of bumper for the regular Ranger. Looks so...
