I’ve called my dealer and Ford directly and they both laughed at me and said nothing is showing running boards need to be added. They both checked order notes and said lariat fx4 is just constrained so I’m not sure what to believe. Does anyone have proof of this? Email screenshot or dealer...

After all of this I’m kind of turned off of both colors lol. Might just go with the safe option silver because it’ll hold up and I won’t get tired of it. My current vehicle is gray and I wanted to try something different but I suppose that was a bad move. Still just excited to get that next email.

That’s the weird thing.. I was set on velocity blue. Loved the look of it on the bronco, f-150, and others but for some weird reason I’m getting a bad vibe of it on the new ranger and having doubts.

I ordered a lariat in velocity blue but keep bouncing back and forth between that and azure gray metallic. Love both colors but which do you think will hold up better for the long run? I plan on keeping the truck for a long time and don’t want to regret.. which would you go with and why?

Anyone have the 2.3L? I haven't seen much online about it. My concerns are reliability mostly. I'm coming from a 17 Grand cherokee so it should be around the same power which is fine for me. Will the 2.3L be enough?
