The thing about this is that this does not happen constantly… for me it happens like once or twice a week… and the easiest solutions to fix it on the fly is to reset the connection or reboot the infotainment system which both take like 15-30 seconds to resolve depending on what you decide to do…...

nope waiting on Ford… best way to fix the silence in the moment is to reset the infotainment system when it happens.. which always work for me.. which is holding the volume down button and the forward skip button at the same time on the steering wheel.

What I meant is your main screen in front of your steering wheel.. not your infotainment center… this is what it will look like in its max size

That’s the thing… they don’t know either.. they have no control on what Ford doing nor can they fix that issue…. And if they call.. they most likely get the same results as you calling.
