This video didn't talk too much on looks alone. The Toyota looks like they took a bunch of truck parts threw them together without looking at the truck as a "whole". The Ranger looks like it was designed as a "whole".
That Toyota front end looks horrible. Almost Chevrolet like. Yuck.
