The feature is not Crank to Prime, it is Flood mode. It was designed to clear fuel from a flooded engine, much like is done on a carbureted engine. I don't see how it could be a benefit to oiled parts, since those parts are all turning, whether it starts or not, and it takes just as much turning...
Interesting. I have Ridge Grapplers on my wrangler and they're the best tire I've ever had. I've had a couple sets in 35" and 37" and I think they and the Wildpeak AT3Ws are the best I've seen.
If you want your speedo to be accurate and shift points to be where intended, you would need to recalibrate for the larger tires. Also, the increased rolling mass will have some affect on braking, but probably not significantly so.
This is kinda weird/funny. I recently started tagging some artists as Favorites in SiriusXM in my RR. Now I get notices when they are on another channel. I've started out with Queen, Willie Nelson, Randy Travis and Billy Joel. Now, I'll get a notice that Uptown Girl by Willie Nelson is on...
The bracket, when installed correctly, has two bolts on the bottom, under the bumper, and two clips on the top that reach in and grab behind the bumper. There is nothing special, and it takes about 5 minutes to remove or install with a simple socket or wrench. I can't imagine how it could be...
Yeah, she had her product ready to go, the same day she discovered the "problem". Sounds a little iffy to me. IMHO, she had a solution, looking for a problem and manufactured a video.
Excellent post! I've taken my Jeep to Moab and done Moab Rim and Hell's Revenge. I wouldn't dream of taking my pretty new truck on the rim for sure and I doubt I would take it on HR, though it is milder. Good for you, but I'll pass.
I'm not sure where the sensor is located. Maybe behind the grill. Even if you are moving, it can only measure the temperature maybe 3 to 4 feet above a concrete or asphalt surface. That would be significantly warmer than something like a real weather station in a shaded, vented box x feet off...
I agree that it looks great, however many studies have shown that CAIs provide very little, if any, benefit. They look great, they sound good, but actual power to the ground is barely measurable. So, it depends on your motivation and wallet.
I have no idea how long it usually takes a train to get from MAP to the Dallas area. I never thought about all the stops and layovers a train does. So, here's a thread to show the progress of my RR build and transport. In Production 4/29, Built 5/20 and Shipped 5/22. I'll try to keep up with the...
I agree. I wonder if the folks insisting on MSRP would still want to buy the RR if the MSRP were $62K instead of $57K. The MSRP is really irrelevant. It comes down to what one can afford and what the value is to that individual. I think the MSRP will be at least $62K within a year or so, maybe...
