Been running ZFG's AutoOctane tune here in Africa for almost a year now, safest bet with the fuel variations here. Definitely has better power and shifts compared to stock.

This refers to the exhaust mode. On startup, it usually defaults to Normal which can be a bit loud with cold starts. With Quiet Start enabled, the exhaust will default to Quiet mode during the times specified. This is all set up on the multifunction screen under vehicle settings.
First, always backup / save your current / factory settings then compare with the spreadsheet (screenshot below) and reduce by one the * digit to disable.
