Tacked up a bed rack after work today. It will just be strapped down to the corner tie downs to allow easy removal when not needed. Dog was unimpressed by the whole thing.

Carrying 10’ long boards in a 5’ bed is a fun one, didn’t want to go the dakine tailgate pad route so I welded up a crossbar that straps in on the bed rails. Works pretty good...
Looks good! I got the same tent but for the short bed. Any ideas on how to protect the paint from scratching where the straps are? Need some micro fiber sleeves or something..

Get a metal coat hanger, straighten it out, bend a small tear drop shape loop on one end, from inside of the truck under the dash, poke the other end of the coat hanger through the main wiring harness rubber grommet and then at an upward angle out into the engine bay. I try to stay near the edge...
Yeah, there’s about a half inch of clearance. Your mounts are cooler with the bend, I don’t have dies for flat bar so brake press it was. Decided to rain in CA today..
Rigid Ditch lights installed. Made a couple brackets after work. @mntbighker the sway bar completely changes the truck. Should be available soon. They are working on some quick disconnect end links that will also tuck the sway bar up out of the way more. Also in the works are different springs...
Ended up picking the the interior fuse box panel to mount the missile switches. Easy to reach, out of knee range, easily removable, and the least scary place to drill some holes. Directly wired to battery for now, I will add a relay later that will be switched by the ignition. 3m double sided...
They have more accessories planned, they decided to start with the rear because it didn’t even have one. Their bars are tube stock too but thicker wall and bigger diameter.
