I recently installed the Rough Country roll up bed cover on my 2026. I've only had it a couple weeks but so far I like it a lot better than the previous Real Truck BAK Revolver I had on my 2024. I hated the latches on the Revolver.

On my 2024 I had the X4 Revolver. I hated the latches on it. They were sometimes difficult to latch and one side had pieces broken off of it. On the 2026 I just got, I opted for the Rough Country roll up cover. Bonus, it was also less expensive. So far I like it but I've only had it a few days.

I was looking at a 2026 that the dealer ordered with factory PPF. It has everything else I wanted, but I don't want the PPF because I use a car wash. I don't have the time nor desire to hand wash my truck.

I don't mind the looks of it, but the price.... :shock:

I tow a travel trailer with a loaded weight of around that much and don't have any problems. If it's windy you will feel it, and I wouldn't pull it through the mountains with my Ranger.

Good to know. I bought one with points but never installed it because I was afraid of what the carwash would do to it.

Has anyone been through a car wash with the hood deflector?

I haven't weighed it but I should. I really like it. For a smaller camper it sleeps a lot of people.

I tow a ~4,000 travel trailer with my 2.3. It does just fine but I wouldn't tow in the mountains with it.

No- her brother wasn’t screwing with her. As far as I know it hasn’t happened again, however I don’t get a notification if the truck starts so unless someone sees it how would I know ?

There is one way to find out- I'll ask him to schedule one for my truck and see if it shows up.

Well, I know my brother and trust him or I wouldn't have given him access to the app for my truck, so regardless what you suspect, I am certain he wasn't doing it. Besides- I also have access to his truck so if I thought he was messing with me I could do it right back. The truck did not...

It did not start this morning. It occurred to me this morning, that both times it started (that I'm aware of) was on a Tuesday morning, which goes back to suspicion of a scheduled remote start, however, none exist. I'm going to wait until next Tuesday and see what happens and go from there.
