My bad, it's the central screen or information screen. I've done what Ford recommended, but nothing. First time for a problem with the truck. Haven't done the recalls, cause I don't trust the dealerships. But, I'am thinking she might have to go in. Hope I get a tech that knows what they're doing.
Help! My screen has gone black. Thought it might need to be driven ,so took it out for 100mi trip. Got home restarted it and half the information came up. Turn it off now completely black again. Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks for that new info. I've been checking my app even though they said to give it 30 days. The email I got from them also said to contact Ford customer service if it didn't show up.
I know there's other discussion on the warranty from Granger, but I'm wondering how your experience went with them? Did your warranty info show up in your Ford pass app? I appreciate any info before purchasing. Had the warranty on my F-150, but didn't get it from them.
