  1. PLUG IN COOLERS FOR SHORT TRIPS

It has two batteries (you have to buy the second) but you can hot swap them AND hot charge them to extend the life of the cooler.
  2. PLUG IN COOLERS FOR SHORT TRIPS

I have an anker solix ever frost, just the 40L. Works great, basically leave it in the truck all the time.
  3. Heated Seats do not back off

I don't see why there needs to be so much hostility for a simple question that looks tackleable with forscan. I simply wanted to know if anyone already knew the answer. I have no problem finding out for myself. Shitcanning the entire vehicle for something as benign as automatically adjusting...
  4. Heated Seats do not back off

It looks like in forscan there is a function called "Climate Auto Seats" (CAS). I think this is what the F150s have? I would need live data from an F150 to compare and contrast. I'm going to plug into my truck to see what the value is at 7D0-02-02 in the APIM for the ranger.
  5. Driver's side "Grab Handle!?"

It's almost like the USDM Ranger Raptor is not designed to have a grab handle on the drivers side. Maybe it's for small overlap crash survivability or something... this will remain a mystery until the the dust of our bodies have become lost to the sands of time...
  6. Heated Seats do not back off

Thank you for theexplanation. Looks like i'll be digging around in the forscan data again.
  7. Heated Seats do not back off

Thank you for once again responding to this thread with a non answer to this question
  8. Heated Seats do not back off

This is not what I am asking
  9. Heated Seats do not back off

There is not. Anyone have any legitimate answers to this question that aren't just total blind guesses?
  10. Heated Seats do not back off

Gotchya, are there anything describing this anywhere? I only ask because the modules are the same so we should be able to configure them similarly
  11. Heated Seats do not back off

So i was in my uncles 24 f150 xlt and his heated seats back off after a bit when he remote starts his truck. My ranger has never done this. I have a raptor but I don't think that matters. Does anyone's rangers have the heat back off? As in the power level goes from3 dots down to 2 then down to 1...
  12. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

The lower gears are probably stronger, they have to overcome the most inertia. Doing a full pull in 10th at 50 miles an hour would be hardest on the trans but there are boost by gear /rpm algorithms that prevent too much torque from being generated. These concepts were new in the late 90s.
  13. Ford Performance Ranger Raptor Tune

This post convinced me to pull the trigger, which i was going to do anyway but finally did. Installed it last night (bought from summit). And I cannot understand why this truck doesn't ship from the factory like this. It's so much smoother and more responsive, even on the low end. The throttle...
  14. Rear axles - same as regular Ranger?

Are you talking about the axle shafts themselves? I would guess no, the rear end on the regular Rangers are dana units and the Raptors are AAMs.
  15. Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel

    What wheel did you get?
  16. Boomba BOV installed on Ranger Raptor

The factory design parameters have not changed. Both conditions achieve the same end result using factory parts and control methods. That being a manifold pressure within the charge pipe at or near atmosphere in a throttle closed state. The mechanism in which the control system achieves this...
  17. Boomba BOV installed on Ranger Raptor

The bomba spacer is not a blowoff valve. Who is comparing apples to oranges?
  18. Boomba BOV installed on Ranger Raptor

If i put floor mats on my carpet it does not void the warrenty on my floor
  19. Boomba BOV installed on Ranger Raptor

Boomba doesn't produce a BOV... its a spacer... there are no mechanics to it what so ever... its literally a piece of milled and anodized aluminum... Functionally, the spacer allows Ford's bypass valve to function exactly the same as it does by simply exhausting the boost pressure directly to...
  20. Boomba BOV installed on Ranger Raptor

Wow, imagine NOT understanding warrenties or how parts work. Here, let me help: https://gprivate.com/6fqdy
