Well, the one I found was very easy to work with and actually at MSRP but couldn't find the right timing to go get it or agree to trade-in numbers so I'm still looking as well.
I am guessing it'll go for within $1k of MSRP, plus the auction fee. I just saw a (very rare) blue GR Corolla Premium RNM'ed at $40k (under sticker) after those things were routinely fetching markups for the first year or so.

They were looking for $4k over sticker when I spoke with them. I've got an AR driver's license and local address and it didn't matter. Maybe someone bit or maybe they lowered the ask after a week lingering on the lot.
I've had the same experience with both Broncos and Rangers. Michigan seems to get more allocations per capita but also protects the in-state business more fiercely than anywhere else I've encountered.

Given the opportunities to buy these at MSRP that seem to show up once every day or two on the forums, I'm optimistic that the markup shenanigans won't last long.
I look forward to finding my own and then laughing at the salesmen calling me back after months of insisting they'd get 5 over...
