If you can find a left handed person with small hands, they would have an easier time disconnecting the original wiring harness.

Pablo- I suggest only dropping half of the insulation at a time. It makes lining up the fasteners a whole lot easier. I also draped a drop cloth over the engine to catch any dropped sockets or nuts. Didn’t need it, but it was reassuring…

if it was service performed at a Ford dealer, waiting a few days may help. I have found that the records are not uploaded in real time and often lag quite a bit. if it’s not service at a dealer, not sure what could be the issue.

Agree with your thoughts on installation and aesthetics. What are your thoughts about the driver’s side fender vent? There is a block of wire connectors right behind the vent. Are you concerned about water entering there, especially in a car wash or heavy storm?

I agree about the big drill. Decided to dispense with their overly large connectors and drilled much smaller holes for just the wiring to pull through. Of course that meant splicing 6 connections, but I thought the trade off was worth it.

F150 LEDs has Ranger Raptor specific grill lights now. They fit perfectly and are super bright. Unlike some of the less expensive options, you don’t see individual LEDs in each light. They offer both amber and white, so you can match to your parking lights. Worth a look…

John- What have you found to be the optimal tire pressure for your Raptor when it’s not loaded down? I suspect you have experimented a bit and have more miles u dear your belt than me. Thanks!

Be sure to not over tighten screws or you can cause dimples in the tailgate.
