They ordered the part but the system on their end shows “back ordered”. I went to another dealer since I was tired of waiting and they confirmed the same thing it showed on their end.

@10Ring : I called Ford today to see what they could do. They created a ticket for it and an hour later someone called back saying they are shipping a new converter to dealer tomorrow to fix the issue. try calling Ford and see if they can do the same for you.
