Yes that happened to me about 2 months ago. Everyone said, as stuartmunto above said, I must have inadvertently done it myself with the key fob. I still don't think that was it. Anyway it hasn't happened again.

I can't speak for the others buy they took care of me. Sent me replacements(better lights) with no extra charge. I think a lot of people have used them and were happy.

Looking at the manual it says... USING GLOBAL OPENING 1. Press and release the unlock button on the remote control. 2. Within one second, press and hold the unlock button on the remote control. 3. Release the button when the windows start to open. I really doubt I did that. 🤔
