There's 24's still on dealer lots & the values of used RR's are dropping fairly rapidly. People's tolerance for paying 60k for a Ranger isn't that high.
Yeah, they are buried in it. The car market is crashing pretty fast now & the tolerance on the prices of these RR's
Sure they will. 25's are weeks away from hitting the lots. Leftover vehicles get sold under invoice all the time.
There's a ton of Black 24's still sitting on lots, It's weird. Also, the used prices are falling fairly quickly. Dealers are sitting on a lot of these used ones that are not worth what they bought them on trade for.
It moves the location of the pressure release from the airbox to the outside. Regardless, it changes the factory design parameters & the MMWA doesn't cover the aftermarket part or the OEM parts that are no longer operating within their original specification.
That's not a mechanical modification. You are trying to compare apples to oranges. Also, Ford does sell floor mats through their Parts Catalog but they don't sell BOV's.
Regardless of how the part functions, it's a modification of the original design of the vehicle & that isn't covered under the MMWA. That leaves an huge out for Ford or any other manufacturer.
The MMWA doesn't cover modifications like a BOV. Why do you think that the people that get the Ford Performance Tune are so concerned about following the installation guidelines? The whole warranty couldn't be voided, but the engine portion most definitely could be. Regardless, going up against...
FYI: 3.8% off of MSRP is Invoice. There's several dealers west of the Mississippi that are doing invoice with no dealer add-ons. The West Coast dealers would rather let them sit on their lots than do a invoice deal. CA dealers are still trying to do markups.
You clearly don't not understand how the manufacturers warranty process works & basing your argument on a unique situation between you and your local dealer validates that.
Manufacturers love to make service departments prove why they should have to pay for replacements on big ticket repairs...
It's just the simple truth, regardless if you agree with it or not. If a ford representative came down & inspected the motor they would have an easy out for denial on a oil related failure. Dealerships are 3rd party companies & ultimately don't get reimbursed unless the manufacturer approves the...
It doesn't mean anything because Dealers can't override what the manufacturers say. Ultimately, the manufacturers are the one's paying for warranty claims
It means when ford switched to the 25's they ultimately canceled my order. My point was, I put in a order in Dec of 23 & it was never fulfilled because the dealer didn't use an actual allocation. Ford allows dealers to put orders in but that doesn't mean it will get built (especially with Raptors)
