Not really sure but when I tool mine in for several issues, that is what the ford dealer told me. I was told to be patient as they were working on a fix.

I was told by my Ford dealer that the SYNC 4 software is a problem and allegedly Ford is working on a fix but no date was given as to when. Lots of issues with the SYNC4 software. My 2024 has had several issues.

you may want to go back to sleep. I don't like spending time for hours at a dealership because of their crappy workmanship, if you do that's great. I have better things to do with my time and I can afford it.

I finally called my Ford Salesperson and after about 15 minutes we were able to remove it from the dash display. Still don't know why these things keep appearing for no reason but for now I am satisfied.
