Love the 2.7L and you will enjoy sport mode coming down hill in the mountains not riding the breaks. Have the 4D and if I can just keep the dog from stepping on the button and turning it off.
Have 24 Lariat Fx4 with 2.7L. Ride is smooth on highway, have taken many 400-mile round trips to see mom a few hours away. Picked it up in Mid-September and now only have a bit over 19k with no problems other than recalls. The 2.7L is zippy (love it) and good in the mountains. Sport mode going...
Like the idea as the current plug is a mess waiting to happen.
How long have you used the new one and what has been your experience while changing oil?
Thx.
Took my Fx4 sticker off couple days after obtaining possession and also my ARE topper stickers.
I just like what I consider a cleaner look.
Happy Rangering!
Still have a few Stubaru's in the family, I truly enjoy my Ranger in the Colorado mountains .... welcome to share and have been to the island multiple times over the years......please give us your adventures.
I have the ARE Revo and it has been a good experience for me.
I'm with Arsenall11 that no cap is 100% as the truck bed is not completely sealed.
Must install a tailgate seal (not perfect due to large gap) and a seal for the topper.
Did have a factory problem. One of the windows broke free...
Link to my build.... like the topper.... other threads here describe the give and take between manufactures and builds. Liked the seamless windows look. Tradeoffs between seamless and seamed in window configurations.

Thank you. I just went with what I wanted. Not that I need attention and validation (leave that to the ladies), I get a lot of personal "likes" as I drive around making my calls.
To each there own.... happy rangering.
Correct...it's a revo.... liked the seamless look. It has been a good topper. There is a thread here that goes through the features and why I bought this one.
