  1. Options to make the perfect next gen Ranger

Hay Anthony the Moderator I am a old guy and I can handle my tailgate very easily without any help. As a Moderator you should know that post count is everything on a web site.
  2. Options to make the perfect next gen Ranger

People want lots of stuff and bigger until gas prices go up then they want littler and less and then some this and some of that. Automakers will make some of the goofiest crap and someone will buy it. What happens is auto makers are more concerned in attracting customers than making a...
  3. The “I’m too cheap to buy it so I’ll make it” thread

The dems in Iowa are a good example. They do survive even in that frozen wasteland. LOL
  4. The “I’m too cheap to buy it so I’ll make it” thread

I have made my own phone holder out of a belt clip to dash fixture. Made my own key fob cover out of an old leather glove thumb. Over the years i have made hundreds of my own gadgets and mods for house, yards, vehicles, boats, even did surgery on my self. LOL I find it unimaginable how people...
  5. Odometer shots

Those old speedo's increased the indicated speed the faster they went. Calibrated speedos that were in police cars were just the gauges that were closer to perfect.
  6. Odometer shots

Yes, and that 130 MPH speedo is crazy. What kind of idiot at Ford wanted that.
  7. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

It appears that true science is replaced by junk science so somebody can make money. How is muck measured? By particles per minute or particles per mile?

It would require a idiot light on the catch can.
  9. Wax/Paint Protection

After reading all posts there doesnt seem to be anything that protects against scratches during off road driving, only polishes to fix them afterwards. Anybody care to comment on that? Not trying to be a show truck just slow down the scratching.

Mc Donalds drive thru on the way home?
  11. Wax/Paint Protection

Dont have to worry about rust here in AZ, it is a dry heat.
  12. Wax/Paint Protection

I got white also for the forgiveness to showing scratches. In AZ the cactus and trees will scratch everything. These products will cover up scratches but will not stop from getting them.
  13. What oil will you be running after your 1st oil change?

!0W - 30 used to be 10 weight oil that is modified so it only thins out to the same as 30 weight when hot. Oil is getting like tire sizes, your guess is as good as mine what all the numbers mean. Since ford has to fix my engine for 3years I assume that they know what oil is good for engines...
  14. OXFORD WHITE Ranger Club Thread

I guess you could call it a hat not a hood.
  15. FYI: How to Check Your Tire Pressure

Those idiots are an integral part of the economy. LOL
  16. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

The EPA is the problem. Or all of those people crammed in to LA that created smog. In the good old days when pressure in a engine caused mostly by blow-by the rings it was just vented outside. So some body said lets suck it back into the engine and burn it, hence the PCV valve. If the oil...
  17. WxNerd2015's Hot Pepper Red FX4

I love the Red color, if the sun ever comes out in MI take a pic. I bought a white because I live in the (sun always shines) and to not the show the AZ pnstripes. Mine was built days eariler than yours but it is still sitting in Wayne plant pending. Maybe they piled snow on top of it and cant...
