I have same complaints regarding rough ride. Took the truck for a 2000mile road trip in 3 days, I feel even on flat pavement roads, little bumps or vibrates got amplified into cabin. I also think the seats are not comfortable. They are too narrow on width and the seat cushion is too hard...
From my several ford's shopping experience, f150 tremor etc... I think Grainger Ford offers the most straight forward and lowest price that you can find...
