I've been running the cobb for awhile now, no change in gas mileage.
Curious alot of you guys only get 15-16. I haven't really put a full tank through since I got it tuned but I usually get 18-19.6 and I drive it like I stole it.
I had a 2.3 2019 ranger and after it was tuned it felt like hell on wheels. When I swapped to the raptor it just always felt lazy on the bottom end. All the torque management junk from factory which I hate. My Raptor is definitely a different animal now
I did a short write up on installing the Cobb intercooler in the intercooler pinned post. Its not too bad, had to take the bumper off and then its pretty open
Good, its firmer and seems to be a better shift behavior. I know sometimes I'd let out of it and it would take forever to down shift. Seems to not do that one anymore.
Cobb intercooler and a BOV. When I saw wasn't alot of support I stopped buying mods. I'll probably jump back in and do airbox...
They weren't bad for the pre made tunes, I just had issues when trying to get the unlocked ECU stuff going. I had it for my 19 ranger and for wife's explorer if I remember right.
I originally was going to go with Livernois as I had used some of their stuff in prior vehicles, this was when they were offering an unlocked ECU and you had to swap it. Reasons won't go into it didn't work out, I was looking at the ford tune but have a friend with a raptor and riding in it...
I think this is the only image we are missing from a full wagnar install. This is the bracket from the IC to the frame. I think I have it on the wrong side in this pic, I flipped it later. The orientation is the one that puts the IC closest to the front of the truck.
Also I did install that...
Did yours come with the foam tape you put on top of the IC? Mine came with some real thin stuff and I thought was to go between the fins and that back plastic piece?
Also did you reuse and of the front plastic shroud? I took the entire thing out but wondering if I could of reused part of it.
Ok just finished my Wagner intercooler, the directions are garabge. Doing this from memory so bear with me.
Remove skid plate, 2bolts in the front, 2 rear, these can be taken loose and the skid plate has a slotted hole.
5 bolts across the chin spoiler that need to come out (10 mm), remove...
I've had the issue with the phone not connecting on and off, that is by far the most infuriating thing I've had so far.
Your brake pedal issue is interesting, I wear a size 13 and haven't had that one happen. I keep my heal on the floor and pivot so maybe thats why I haven't gotten it.
As for...
Where did you get the orange inlay for the rear raptor emblem?
Also anyone find a decal that fits the steering wheel ford emblem? I ordered one but its inset of the outer chrome ring on the ford emblem that I'm trying to cover.
