I had more contact info at one time but can't find it now, did a factory rep come look at your truck ? The dealer might be able to give you more on who to contact , as its going to be corporate ford that makes the decision on extended warranty . I will keep searching my emails for the contact...

You guys doing the 4Dtech auto/start stop before you do the install watch the install video on the 4D site. Pay attention to the installers hand position and what finger he is using to release the plug.
Once he gets it off look where the plug release is, so you know where to push to get it to...
