Troubleshoot: Have you swapped in a new battery in the key fob? Does your second key fob do the same thing? If you did those things and still doesn't work then it's the trucks receiver or ECU and need to go to dealer .

Here is the headlight aiming/adjustment check straight from the Ford Ranger manual ,pages 416-417. They appear to auto level to a setpoint set by the factory. Lifting the front to level will most likely change that setpoint by a little .
