My Pixel8 heats up so I don't use it. FWIW I wireless charge at home all the time without the phone heating up.

Are you getting any codes? DTC code P150E:96 indicates an issue with the Electronic control module cooling fan circuit. If you have a scan tool there is a specific self test for the wireless accessory control module but you might have to take it to the dealer to run that test.

Are you sure yours need them? My Lariat was built Sept 13th and has the new design that doesn't need the reinforcement.
