It is. I bought mine directly from Wildtop. Shipped from Australia, took about a week to get to Canada. Very quick.

It doesn't flap at all, even at highway speeds. It connects to the bedrails through the stake pockets, very secure, 8 bolts. Security would be an issue, but i do not regularly carry much of value in the back. I will be building a wooden box to slide my golf clubs in sometime this summer.

If they made these cross bars available with a simple bracket (with spacers) that would allow for the use of the stake pockets to mount I’d order them the same day.
