Thanks for posting. I have been waiting for these for over a year. Ordered and ready to removed my molded mud flaps.
  2. Door cubby water bottle

The 32oz CamelBack Mag Chute insulated vacuum sealed bottle works in my front door.
  3. Carplay disconnecting issues resolved?

I have noticed the same thing. I don't think I have had an issue with CarPlay since the last update. Before, CarPlay froze up or disconnected frequently .
  4. 5 months of ownership

A little shy of year and a half and I have 59,000 miles on my 2024 2.3L Lariat.
  5. A Stupid Trailering Capacity Question

That is actually a great idea. Throw some weight in the back and I have one less thing to worry about.
  6. A Stupid Trailering Capacity Question

I have a 24 Lariat. I know it is well overweight and Ford can never find out if I do it, but do you guys think I would cause any damage to the truck by using my Ranger to tow a 10,200 lb trailer with a 1,050 lb tongue weight about 200-300 feet. I just need to move it across my property. A...
  7. Ford swingout toolbox - opinions from owners

In my opinion: 1. Yes. 2. Fairly. The lid has a lock and there is a another lock to secure the box to the bracket. That being said, the locks are cheap and someone who wants to break them will. 3. The corner tie-down point is not easy to get to but you can. I have secured straps to the...
  8. Going to need new shoes soon

I have over 53k miles (85k km) on my stock Wranger ATs on a 2024 Lariat. I drive a lot (obviously) but mostly highway. I have more than enough tread to get through this Michigan Upper Peninsula winter but will be looking for new tires in the spring. I have actually been amazed how well they...
  9. New to Ford Ranger

The Rangers are actually built at the Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne...which is not that far from Dearborn.
  10. Navigation randomly starts when I start the truck

Same here. It has been happening to me 2-3 times per week for the last 2 months.
  11. Installed Muslogy Mud Flaps

I have had mine on since spring. I wasn't sure how they would hold up since they seemed a little thin. I was wrong...they have been great. Now I am waiting to see if they can make it through a Michigan winter. BTW, I that looks exactly like my truck. Black "RANGER" letters and all. LOL
  12. First Long Trip Report

Back in July I did a trip from Michigan to Montana with a stop in Custer, SD. I have a 24 Lariat 2.3 and I averaged 24.5 for the trip. I was happy considering I was doing 75-80 most of the drive. I think my lifetime mpg is about 21.8 mpg.
  13. Ranger Raptor Safe Options

I have the Muslogy safe and really like it. It is probably too small for what you are looking for. I just measured it and the opening is about 5x5 and the inside height is in the 5-6" range. I can put a midsize carry in it and sometimes also squeeze my wife's compact in with it when...
  14. Ford swingout toolbox - opinions from owners

Used vice grips also. That is when one of the bolts sheared off. At least now I have a nice new thread repair kit.
  15. Ford swingout toolbox - opinions from owners

I have the right side version and love it. Only issue was removing the tie down bolts. Go slow and don't break the bolt off in the hole...ugg!!
  16. UnderCover Pivot Storage Box in my 2025 Lariat. Install was annoying.

I work finance for a company that owns 8 steel and iron foundries. Went to one of the sites and maintenance department said they could get the bolt out but probably couldn't save the threads. I will have to figure out a way to brace that new bolt. Not the end of the world but definitely annoying.
  17. 2025 Color Choices - What did you choose?

I needed a truck quick and velocity blue was the only Lariat they had on the lot. I wasn't sure if I liked it or not at first but now I love it. If they had a Raptor on the lot (LOL) I would have taken that in any color.
  18. trash can for 2025 Ranger XLT

I have used a small trash "bag" off Amazon that attaches to the back of the passenger side headrest for about 5 years on each of my vehicles. It has a cut rubber top so trash does fly out. Less than $15 and has worked great for me.
