2024 Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6

Hi this looks a good site for me. I placed an order which is what I thought would be for 2023 Ranger raptor 3.0 V6 petrol shadow black with raptor pack on on 31/5/23 with an estimated arrival date of September. The sales rep with Hartwell Ford, (UK) was great and had been checking regularly for me, when I highlighted to him that on the Ford order form it stated 2024 red back series. Which is the Ford code for new ranger raptor, which turns out what had been ordered for me, which meant there was a cut off for the 2023 model. So I’m guessing now that I’ll be waiting until next year before I receive my order is there any way that I can check order status instead of constant emails and phone calls to the dealer? Do you have Ford Chat like US and Canada. You could try that.

I’ll be honest I wouldn’t know where to look for that, could you give me an idea then I can at least monitor rather than pester people. It’s so frustrating but I’m sure it’s gonna be worth the wait, like all of us are sitting waiting patiently with no finger nails left

Ford Chat usually has a link on the Ford website. It does for US and Canada.

Unfortunately Ford chat isn’t available in the UK without a vin or registration number that I can see. I’m getting monthly updates from the sales guy, so I’ve been waiting 3 months and feel like this, must be hard for those people who’ve been waiting longer.
