2024 Ranger - Raptor - Rear Window Seal Issue?

I was washing the truck yesterday and noticed a weirdness with the rear window seal. Then I began to wonder if this is contributing to a weird "stuck" sound I hear when rolling down the windows.

This is on my rear passenger window. The Driver side window does not look the same.

Driver side rear window:

Is this normal? What do your window seals look like? Should I take this in?

Seal shouldn't be sticking out of the window like that, I'd take it in.
