Looks good. Cactus grey is such a weird color, it looks blue some times, it looks silver sometimes. What did you use to paint them?

Just cleaned them, several coats of grey primer. Amazon has Touchup XS paint and clear coat in a kit. Touch up direct also makes a great product.

Did you use antiseize on the ring hardware? What kind?

Why do you have a shackle in your receiver? Just curious, do you need three recovery points?

Got this in my receiver. More for people getting close to bumper but can use it as a tow point.

Ford Ranger Added a little pop! Beadlock rings paint matched Cactus Gray Tail light drv

Was one can of each (primer, base coat, clear coat) enough to do the job with multiple coats?
It was, the only down side is when you install the ring bolts it grabs the paint, I will see how it holds up. if it chips I will get the powder coated ones, time will tell!

I just don't understand how that Cactus Grey looks so damn good!

My favorite color is blue, but I just don't like what Ford offers on the Ranger (My F-250 I painted Medium Quasar Blue, a Chevy color no less).

I'm dead set on a black RR once I get my back spasms settled down. But that Cactus color...and painting the beadlocks is just genius!. Ford design might be trying to hire you soon...

If only I could afford 2 Rangers, my 2nd would be Cactus...I'll just have to find a wife that wants a new Ranger...
