CarPlay Messages Volume Impossible to Hear

Anyone else struggling with the LOW volume of iMessages being read back? No matter the volume of music being played, it's VERY difficult to hear what Messages are saying. Any way to adjust this?? Thanks!

I had this problem at times when I first got my 4runner. There's nothing in the settings to adjust this nor on your phone. I accidently found the fix for this. What you need to do is to let a message play then adjust your volume knob. I was able to do this while my Spotify was playing in the background too.

Exactly, and this is how CarPlay is on other vehicles, it’s kind of dumb you can’t adjust in phone settings.
