Flat towing on all 4 wheels would be great if it is possible. Regen while towing it behind the RV would be even better!

Better _and_ worse. Generally once you get to a full battery you don’t just get to turn that off, it still makes power, the power still has to go somewhere, and sending it to the battery is exceptionally bad at that point (reduces life time of the battery, either gradually, or all at once by starting a fire, either way isn’t something you want).

Also it is a lot of effort for whatever is doing the dragging, impacting its MPG or MpkWh.

Still cool if you can avoid damaging the battery
