Hey Guys, we make the guard and also the wire protection you can add on. You can use the wire protector only with the stock mount if you want or the full guard and wire protector both.

I respect your resume and your contributions to the community and Motorsport, but it’d be best if you just come out with a new, one piece, design that provides all of the needed coverage. No one wants to buy two parts to do the job of one, unless there is a good reason for a modular 2 piece design at nearly 2x the cost.

Looks like S&B Filters is coming out with a low cost solution with good coverage:

I got the S&B option and one side is severely misaligned so I’m returning them. I tried reaching out to them with photos but they said it wouldn’t impact the intended use and they didn’t even offer to replace them.

If that doesn’t bother you then I guess it’s still an option since it is cheaper but you get what you pay for.

I’ll include photos of the bent one along with the one that looks normal for comparison.

And have been very pleased. Super easy install. They look very similar to the S&Bs, so I'd say both of those are the way to go.

Installed the S&B today and had no issues with product quality or installation. Covers what I feel was vulnerable. Happy with product.
