Probably don't see a lot of positives about most dealers, but thought I'd share one.
Purchased my truck from a different dealer in NC, but have used Randy Marion for service on my Gen 1 Raptor a couple of times.
I turned 5K miles on the RRaptor and needed to get the maintenance done, as well as the bed braces installed and a exterior keypad.
The dealership offers complimentary pick up and return of your vehicle, as many do. What made this surprising was I'm an hour away so I didn't think it was an option. They called the day before my appointment and asked if I'd like the complimentary pick up and drop off service. They came and got the truck yesterday, but ran into problems putting those braces in (no idea why @Ford didn't build these into the truck to start with). They requested to keep it over night and finish today. No big deal, I have another truck to drive if I needed to go anywhere.
Today they wrapped up and delivered the RRaptor to the house. I asked the dealership about payment and they said it was all complimentary since they needed the extra day.
So, I had braces and a keypad installed that I paid for with points, but the remainder of the work was free (window air deflectors installed, vehicle inspection, oil change with full synthetic, and tire rotation). Not a huge bill, but I felt like this was above and beyond on their part and figured I'd share the story.
