Headlight illumination on approach

Hello folks,

I got my sr5 6th gen this weekend and I notice that headlights are not turning on when I unlock or approach the vehicle.

is there a workaround for this? Why is this setting not enabled from factory or not able to change it?

I believe this is a setting that can be changed with Carista. The dealer can change this as well.

I got a veepeek last night and couldn’t do it. I don’t think the Carista is any different. On their website it says the same functions for customization as the one that shows for the veepeek.

It does show on the Carista website that you can modify that function for the 5th gen but the 6th gen doesn’t have that option..

Anyone have any other ideas? Is this normal or my car is having issues?
