I used 3/4" thick Delrin plastic. The shims for the front four pockets were 2 7/8" x 1 1/4". The shims for the back two pockets were slightly less thick, maybe 1/8" less. I didn't write down the dimensions of the last two, I apologize. The last two thinner ones were a pain in the butt for me, I hade to hack away some of the Delrin.
I have a unused set of the "Go Fast Camper" shims as well. When I get a chance, I'll take some measurements of those and post back.
