Navigation Pending

Hey all

My truck (24 xlt) supposedly came with Connected Navigation. When i first set up the Ford Pass i saw it in the connected services tab as an add on. Now its not on Ford Pass, if i go to fords website it shows it there as "Activation Pending" and if i try to use it in the truck itself it says a subscription is required.

I have had the truck for 3 weeks now so it should have plenty of time to do whatever it needs to do. I even periodically connect it to my wifi.

Anyone have any solutions or do i have to call Fords tech support (which is only available by phone m-f apparently)

Ford was less than useless. Kept me on the phone for 50 minutes, bouncing me through 3 departments each one claiming it's not their problem and did I turn the key off and back on? Then trying to to send me back to the first department.

I eventually forced a module reset with forscan and now it works.
