AUD: 92,649 = 62,704.84 USD
Pounds Sterling: 58,901 = 70,887.29 USD

Getting nervous the USD + crazy dealer markup is gonna delay me a year or two....

Those prices are skewed because they include VAT and other registration costs.

Ranger Raptor Prices without VAT or registrations costs:
UK: £48300 = $57,599.73 USD on 3/9/23
AUS: $ 85490 AUD = $56,355.01 USD on 3/9/23
MEX: $ 1268000 Peso = $69,066.98 USD on 3/9/23

Caveat with the Mexico pricing: Ford Mexico pricing is across the board much higher than USA pricing. For example Mach-E GT USA MSRP = $63995. While Mexico = $2092000 pesos = $114043.06 USD on 3/9/23.

My lizard brain logic say that if it starts too high, folks will just go with a F-150 of some sort. $54,995 after destination, but before any options.

Ford wins either way...the F-150 cash cow that keeps the blue oval afloat amongst their infatuation with everything electric. Just my opinion but as stated many times, the USA just isn't prepared for electric vehicles. Fix the grid and make them an affordable OPTION.

I disagree. I had many F150's for 20+ years and I have no use for one anymore. The F150 is way to big that's why most want a mid size truck now, heck my Ranger is the same size as my '96 F150. I wouldn't care if an F150 was cheaper than a Ranger I still wouldn't buy one.

Personally I think it'll drive them to another manufacturer if they price it to high. If you look at the Aussie build page there's really no options as it comes fully loaded. There was optional beadlock capable wheels and a graphics package. Trust me I'd be happy if it was $55K but I bet it's closer to $60K.

How could they price the Ranger Raptor that high when the Colorado ZR2 is already out for $48k U.S. dollars?

I'm right there with you. I realistically have no room for an F-150. The Ranger Raptor would be more what I'm looking for size-wise, and the wealth of options it comes with. But if they reveal the price at $60k-plus, there's an Antimatter Blue '23 F-150 Tremor with the 5.0 sitting on the lot at my local dealer for $63,400 that I would have a hard time turning down.

That's for a stripped down ZR2 with zero options added, if you add every option to the ZR2 it's close to $60K. The one I built has a lot of options and is just over $53K. Based of the Aussie build & price the Raptor comes fully loaded so you don't get the chance to add options except different wheels and graphics.

See I'd go the other route and start looking at other mid size trucks. I couldn't even get an F150 in my garage and while I live in a safe area I'm still not leaving my truck outside. Especially with the heat we have here throughout the summer. Plus after the whole Bronco fiasco I'm not loyal to any brand and will buy what's best for me and my wallet now. Or just keep my 5G Ranger a little longer.

This is precisely my thoughts. The big little truck war is just getting started and this may play a big factor.

Which is ok by me! I know what I want and am ok waiting however long it takes.
If its under 56 I'd be a happy boy
