Total BS on it being normal. If it is normal then why doesn't my truck do that?

It seems like Toyota must be training their dealers in lying to customers, rather than in fixing their vehicles these days. A LOT of people are getting the old, all the other crap on the lot do that too routine.

Update:

Service Center #1:
1st visit: They claimed they didn't hear the noise.
2nd visit: I test drove it with a tech, they confirmed the noise, kept it 1.5 days then told me it was "normal'.

Service Center #2:
I described the situation in the same way. They had it for less than a day and
they removed the front strut springs and lubricated contact points. From limited testing today I didn't hear the noise. I'll report back if that changes. They also fixed a rear seat latch that service center #1 also couldn't fix. Needless to say I'll be driving the extra distance to use service center #2 from now on.

I've had this as well for the past several months. Thought it might have been the skid plating contact points but its always seemed like more of a suspension related item.
