I don't know that this counts as an exterior "mod", but a few dollars and a few minutes made my Ranger's rear end pop. Ordered these from Ford Accessories. Shipping took a day. Quick and easy install, and I think it looks sharp!

(now to go return these cheap, crappy hood struts I bought on Amazon and order the real deal from Redline...)
