My RR didn't come with bealock so I'm locking to install 35s (Mickey Thompson baja boss) on Method Wheels MR105 17x8.5 6x139.7, they come with 0 offset. I'll do a 2" leveling kit (Rough Country spacers). Do you think they will fit?
With a 0 offset you will definitely need to remove crash bars and also have to trim some, and still likely will rub liners at full compression assuming 35x12.5” sizing. You’d be better off with a +25 to 35 offset for that tire size. Also you’re adding a lot of unsprung weight with that combo. Methods are heavy, and while I love the MT Baja Boss tires they are the heaviest out there.
I’m considering the same tires, but looking at a forged lightweight wheel with higher offset option to counter 70+ lb. Tires. My OE beadlocks and KO3s are roughly 93lbs total and trying to stay at or below that number.
My zero offset wheels gave me a very bad experience off- roading.
The 0 offset messes with the suspension and travel which results in a very poor ride quality on and off- road.
