Looks great! I did similar, fautz 2.5” collars stock bead lock capable factories with 35” Falken AT4’s lock to lock no rubbing (light fab to inner fender lining). My tire guy thinks 37” nitto recons 11.5 would fit with the room (not trying yet) I’ve yet to wheel with this set up, looks like you’ve already done so.

I went with falcon AT4Ws‘s as well. I have a lot of ground clearance and it drives great, so I don’t think I’m gonna try 37. But hell, who knows.

About an inch and a half. You can see the poke in one of the pictures. Could be even 2 inches. I think it is perfect and looks good how much they stick out.

I took the wheels off my totaled Lariat and put the on my Raptor. I put a 3 inch spacer in front and 1 inch in the rear from Fordragerlifts.com.

The wheels are 17x9 with a zero offset. No rubbing whatsoever. I had to trim a small amount from the back of the fender flare, where the mud guard would normally be.

YOu didn't have to remove the crash bars? I got the impression that anything much over 33.7," depending on offset, would rub the crash bars.

Yes, I did remove the crash bars. And actually, since I needed to trim a bit of the rear of the fender flares and a bit of metal in the back of the fener, I was able to get the crash bars out without cutting them in half or unbolting anything other than a little plastic piece at the front of each fender.

Same experience here, there’s an injection molded plastic the fender liner bolts to that also goes, I got some 20ga. aluminum sheet and made a splash guard to put in its place and followed the underbody curve a few inches, I also used spray can truck bed liner black from rustoleum to finish off, textured black finish looks factory. BTW front c-bars still in and no rub lock to lock. There’s a few details to it that I picked up on one of the Aussie tubers that shows step by step ( can’t recall which, possibly Ty ?) I have pretty flush look, a little poke looks good I think but I also like tucked in to keep debris, mud, rocks under control.

Yup, mine is similar. I bent up the little aluminum like you did and cut the fender flare just a bit.
