I'll be posting articles here on new battery tech. Used to have a blog called halsbatteryblog a decade ago. STILL waiting on solid state, lol.

In any case, innovations like LFP, Sodium ion, new anodes, cathodes, and electrolytes are coming along and improving batteries every day. Looking forward to seeing some dramatic changes in the next 5 years.

Boron - Just had our new SUV ceramic coated about a month ago and the detailer who did it for me turned me on to the new best thing in coatings, Borophene.

Like we all do I turned to YouTube to educate myself. Low and behold it's not just an awesome ceramic coating it's also an awesome superconductor that is being researched by people like Elon Musk for its battery potential. I'm no scientist but YouTube made me a believer. I'll think we are going to start hearing things about Borophene batteries.

I'll have to Google this again, but I feel like I remember awhile ago BMW or someone trying to use a special composite structure to build their car that could store electricity like a battery...
